第三次中南华东标准設計工作座談会后,这个地区的工作有了迅速的进展。第一季度又取得了新的成績。这是地区主管单位第四設計院积极領导的结果、是各铁路局、各施工单位努力的結果。在一季度里,第四設計院是做了不少工作的。他們一直把深入路局以至基层段队、广泛进行調查研究工作、紧抓专业会議作为开展地区管理工作的手段。通过这些工作四院与各铁路局的关系較前密切了,各铁路局的积极性也得到了更好的发揮。四院,在院內还通过改进計划管理、加強技术管理和整頓机构固定人員的办法,使标准設計任务得以很好的完成。一分劳动一分收获,汗总不会白流的,下面便是他們收获中的主要成果。
After the third symposium on standard design of South-East China and East China, the work in this area has made rapid progress. The first quarter has also made new achievements. This is the result of the active leadership of the fourth design institute of the regional authority and the result of hard work by various railway administrations and construction units. In the first quarter, the Fourth Design Institute has done a lot of work. They have been conducting extensive investigations and research work in depth as well as in grassroots sections and grasping professional conferences as a means of carrying out district management.
