目的探讨柴胡疏肝散联合化瘀消萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)的效果。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月的120例CAG患者作为研究对象,按照单双日的不同分为A组与B组,各60例。A组予以常规西药治疗,B组在A组的基础上加用柴胡疏肝散联合化瘀消萎汤治疗。比较2组的胃泌素-17(G-17)、血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、Ⅱ(PGⅠ、PGⅡ)水平、中医证候积分及药物不良反应总发生率。结果治疗后,B组患者的G-17、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P
