蘑菇原种的生产难度较高,稍有疏忽,就会造成杂菌感染或降低菌种质量,现就笔者实践,对怎样制好蘑菇原种谈点体会。(一)安排好生产季节。浙北、上海地区生产蘑菇原种的最适期是3月上旬至4月中旬,具体应根据栽培种的生产期分批进行原种生产,太早(菌龄长)或过迟(菌种一直处在加温下培养)都会影响栽培种的质量,且成本高。
