80后员工目前正处于职业青春期阶段,同时成长在一个充满改革和竞争的知识经济时代,面临着人才市场化、组织扁平化、竞争激烈化等种种挑战。在众多因素的影响下,80后员工的“职业问题”日益得到凸显,其中“职业疲倦”就是一个典型表现。分析职业问题的产生原因,可以发现职业生涯指导的缺位是一个重要原因,而各类教育机构作为重要的职业辅导主体在纠正个体职业发展过程中的错误观念,帮助个体更好地认识自我,充分做好职业准备等方面有着不可替代的地位和作用。本文旨在从早期职业生涯规划角度对80后员工的职业疲倦问题进行研究,期望通过完善早期职业生涯辅导体系来更好地预防和控制职业疲倦问题。
After 80 employees are currently in their professional adolescence, while growing up in an era of knowledge economy full of reforms and competition, facing challenges such as the marketization of talents, the flattening of the organization and the fierce competition. Under the influence of many factors, the “professional problems” of the post-80s employees are increasingly highlighted. Among them, “professional tiredness” is a typical example. Analysis of the reasons for the emergence of occupational problems can be found in the vacancy of career guidance is an important reason, and various types of educational institutions as an important body of professional counseling in the correction of individual career development in the wrong ideas to help individuals better understand themselves, Fully prepare for occupations and so has an irreplaceable status and role. The purpose of this paper is to study the occupational fatigue of the post 80s from the perspective of early career planning. We hope to better prevent and control occupational fatigue by improving the early career guidance system.
