电子商务(EC-Electronic Commerce)是指对整个贸易活动实现电子化。这种利用先进的信息技术在互联网上从事商业活动的经营方式,以其高效、低成本正在对人类经济和社会生活正产生越来越重要的影响。随着中国加入WTO以及全球经济一体化的不断加快,为适应新环境下的竞争,中国纺织业必须构建具有自主知识产权、技术标准、商业服务体系和国际对接的中国纺织电子商务平台(B TO B)。使纺织企业通过电子商务提高企业生产效率、降低经营成本、优化资源配置从而实现社会财富的最大化。
EC-Electronic Commerce refers to the electronicization of the entire trading activity. This mode of operation that utilizes advanced information technology to engage in commercial activities on the Internet is having an increasingly important impact on human economic and social life with its high efficiency and low cost. With China’s accession to the WTO and the accelerating global economic integration, in order to adapt to the competition in the new environment, China’s textile industry must build a Chinese textile e-commerce platform with independent intellectual property rights, technical standards, commercial service system and international docking (B TO B). So that textile enterprises through e-commerce to improve business productivity, reduce operating costs, optimize the allocation of resources in order to achieve the maximization of social wealth.
