高职院校三年学制使得90后大学生们开始逐渐踏上工作岗位。高职院校对90后学生干部的培养与教育能否跟上社会与用人单位的需求是本论文着力思考的方向。笔者编制问卷及访谈提纲进行实证研究,深入了解学生、学校和企业三方最真实的想法,以全新的视角探讨高职院校90后学生干部就业能力内涵及其结构,以期对提高90后学生干部的综合素质、增强就业信心、缓解就业压力,同时为学校管理者或其他高职院校提供培养90后学生干部的行之有效的管理思路。
