当前,大连市正处于全面深化改革的重要时期,面临着诸多积极向好的经济因素,依靠科技创新驱动产业结构调整和转型升级是必然选择。笔者分析了大连市科技创新发展情况及面临的形势,在分析大连创新驱动转型发展现状基础上,明确了今后大连科技创新驱动转型升级的总体思路、发展目标,并提出了今后大连市创新驱动转型升级、构建现代产业体系的战略重点:提高自主创新能力,发展高端产业链;大力发展战略性新兴产业,推动产业结构新型化;大力发展现代产业集群,推动产业集聚效应;大力发展生产性服务业,推进制造业与服务业融合,对促进大连市工业转型升级具有一定的现实指导意义。
