全世界都在围着听瓦格纳的2013年,北京终于迎来了《帕西法尔》。金秋荣耀登场的“圣杯骑士”只比春天亮相萨尔茨堡迟到数月而已。但凡瓦格纳歌剧首秀中国,无一例外,总会演化成为重大文化事件。曾经受过《指环》四联剧等考验的众多“瓦丝”和乐迷,又岂能错失“百年一遇”的朝圣大典?这个说法并不夸张,自该剧1882年7月26曰在拜罗伊特首次公演,至2013年10月29日,31日在保利剧院中国首演,已然超过131年。中国爱乐乐团奏响该剧第一个音符,标注一个新的历史性时刻。北京国际音乐节与萨尔茨堡复活音乐节、德累斯顿国家歌剧院、马德里皇家歌剧院四方联动强力制作的《帕西法尔》,无疑是中国瓦格纳年浓墨重彩的点睛之笔。
