目的探讨清远市无SARS病例地区人群SARS冠状病毒(SARS-CoV)抗体水平。方法采集本地区各县区不同年龄、不同职业的人群血液,用酶联免疫法检测血清中SARS-CoV抗体IgG。结果共检测血清样本1484份,SARS-CoV抗体IgG总阳性率为0.61%(9/1484),其中0~6岁和13~18岁年龄组SARS-CoV抗体IgG均为阴性,7~12岁年龄组的阳性率为1.82%(8/439),19岁以上年龄组的阳性率为0.10%(1/1009)。在9份SARS-CoV抗体IgG阳性的血清样本中,1份为饮食服务业从业人员,阳性率为0.39%(1/257);其余8份为学生,阳性率为1.70%(8/471)。结论本地区人群SARS-CoV抗体水平比较低,低龄组0~12岁人群SARS-CoV抗体IgG阳性率高于高龄组13岁以上组人群的阳性率。提示SARS-CoV可能存在隐性感染、隐性传播和隐性感染聚集性。
Objective To investigate the level of SARS-CoV antibody in Qingyuan city without SARS. Methods Blood samples were collected from people of different ages and occupations in all counties in the area. Serum SARS-CoV IgG was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results A total of 1484 serum samples were collected. The total IgG positive rate of SARS-CoV antibody was 0.61% (9/1484). The IgGs of SARS-CoV antibodies in 0-6 and 13-18 age groups were all negative and ranged from 7 to 12 years old The positive rate was 1.82% (8/439) in the age group and 0.10% (1/1009) in the group over 19 years of age. Among the 9 SARS-CoV antibody-positive serum samples, 1 was for food service workers, the positive rate was 0.39% (1/257); the remaining 8 were students, the positive rate was 1.70% (8/471) . Conclusions SARS-CoV antibody levels in the population in this area are relatively low. The positive rate of SARS-CoV IgG in young people aged 0-12 years is higher than that in the elderly people aged 13 and over. Suggesting that SARS-CoV may have latent infection, latent transmission and latent infection aggregation.
