测定石灰土中石灰剂量的方法,国内外介绍的已达十余种之多,其中主要是化学分析法和仪器分析法。但由于操作复杂、效率低和设备费用高,而不宜作为现场施工的质量管理方法。本文介绍的,是电分析化学法。本法用钙离子选择性电极等设备,对石灰土试样的氯化铵浸提液进行电位测定,并根据预先测绘的工作曲线,求出相应的石灰剂量。平均每个样品的测定时间为3~4分钟。当石灰剂量在6.0~14.0%时,标准差小于0.5%。该法适用于新拌的石灰土
Determination of lime soil lime dose method, introduced at home and abroad has reached more than 10 species, of which the main chemical analysis and instrumental analysis. However, due to complicated operation, low efficiency and high equipment cost, it is not suitable as a quality management method for on-site construction. This article describes the electrical analytical chemistry. This method uses calcium ion selective electrode and other equipment to measure the potential of ammonium chloride leaching solution of lime soil sample and calculate the corresponding lime dosage according to pre-plotted working curve.
