针对国内输气管道阀室频繁遭受杂散电流和雷击威胁的问题,对输气管道阀室进行技术改造,具体包括3项内容:利用放空管接地网排流的阀室杂散电流排流改造、Shafer电子控制箱内电磙阀执行机构“气电分离”改造和Shafer阀执行机构干线截断阀3个室内放空(排污)管统一进行室外排放的改造。针对在阀室改造过程中容易出现的电绝缘问题,介绍了干线管道对阀室接地网绝缘性的检测方法,并给出了相关建议。
Aiming at the problem that domestic gas pipeline valve room is frequently subjected to stray current and threat of lightning, technical transformation of gas pipeline valve room is carried out, including three items: the use of exhaust pipe grounding grid drainage valve chamber stray current drain Retrofit, Shafer Electronic Control Box Electrical Valve Actuator “Gas Separator ” Retrofit and Shafer Valve Actuator Trunk Cut-Off Valve 3 Indoor Vent (Drain) Tubes Unify the outdoor vent retrofit. Aiming at the problem of electrical insulation which is easy to occur in the process of valve room reconstruction, the method of inspecting the insulation of the valve room grounding grid by the main pipeline is introduced and some suggestions are given.
