为研究饲料中添加表面活性素对吉富罗非鱼与肝胰功能有关的生理生化指标的影响,将240尾吉富罗非鱼,平均体质量(12.01±0.12)g,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每重复15尾鱼,分别投喂表面活性素添加水平为0、50、100和200 mg/kg的试验饲料7周。结果表明:饲料中添加50 mg/kg表面活性素可显著降低血清谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性(P<0.05);显著降低肝胰丙二醛水平(P<0.05),显著提高总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05),对谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性影响不显著(P>0.05)。因此,添加50 mg/kg表面活性素即可对罗非鱼与肝胰功能有关的生理生化指标产生有益作用。
In order to study the effect of dietary surfactant on physiological and biochemical parameters related to hepatopancreas function of Tilapia tilapia (Tilapia tilapia), the average body weight of 240 tilapia (12.01 ± 0.12) g was randomly divided into 4 groups Groups of 4 replicates of 15 fish per replicate were fed the test feed with surfactant addition levels of 0, 50, 100 and 200 mg / kg for 7 weeks, respectively. Therefore, the addition of 50 mg / kg surfactant can have a beneficial effect on the physiological and biochemical indexes related to hepatopancreas function of tilapia.
