慢性结肠炎是农村常见病、多发病,往往因治疗不当而迁延不愈。笔者1992～1999年应用654-2、氟哌酸、整肠生加桂附理中丸治疗慢性结肠炎13例,取得较满意的疗效。现报告如下。 1 临床资料 13例患者中,男9例,女4例;年龄最大75岁,最小22岁,平均48.5岁;病程最长8年,最短5个月;临床症状多为脾湿阳虚型久泻,腹部隐痛,大便稀薄,四肢不温,下腹部压痛,粪检有粘液、脓球等。
Chronic colitis is a common disease in rural areas, frequently-occurring disease, often delayed treatment due to improper treatment. The author from 1992 to 1999, application of 654-2, norfloxacin, whole intestinal plus Gui Guili pill treatment of chronic colitis in 13 cases, to obtain more satisfactory results. The report is as follows. 1 clinical data 13 patients, 9 males and 4 females; the oldest 75 years old, the youngest 22 years old, average 48.5 years; duration of up to 8 years, the shortest 5 months; mostly clinical symptoms of spleen wet Yang Diarrhea, abdominal pain, thin stools, limbs are not warm, tenderness in the abdomen, stool mucus, pus balls.
