据统计,我国焊接年总耗电量为15亿度,而用于手工电弧焊的电源耗电量又为焊接年总耗电量的93.7%。因此,在讨论焊接节能时,必须从手工电弧焊电源的节能入手。机械部成都电焊机研究所近年研制的ZX7系列逆变弧焊机,就是手工直流电弧焊电源的节能措施之一。该系列产品均已通过部级技术鉴定。 1.焊机特点 ZX7系列逆变弧焊机系额定焊接电流为250、(315)、400安,具有陡降恒流外特性,以逆变调频原理而设计的直流弧焊电源。国内现行生产的几种同等容量的直流弧焊机主要技术数据的比较如下表:
