目的:探讨参葛仙丹冲剂的制备工艺、质量标准,证实其降糖效果与安全性;方法:通过薄层色谱法定性检测人参皂甙、葛根素、小檗碱,氧化酶法检测血糖;结果:人参皂甙,小檗碱鉴别灵敏,葛根素无法定性;参葛仙丹冲剂降糖优于模型组与对照组;急毒与最大耐受量未见毒副反应;结论:人参皂甙,小檗碱定性检测可作为参葛仙丹冲剂的鉴别实验,参葛仙丹冲剂有明显的降糖作用且无毒副作用
Objective: To investigate the preparation process and quality standards of Shenqi Xiandan granules, and to confirm its hypoglycemic effect and safety; Method: To quantify ginsenosides, puerarin and berberine by thin-layer chromatography, and detect the blood glucose by oxidase method; Results: Ginseng saponin and berberine were sensitive and puerarin could not be qualitative; Shenqi sinensis granules were better than model group and control group in reducing blood glucose, and toxic and side effects were not found in acute toxicity and maximum tolerated doses; Conclusion: Ginsenoside and berberine were qualitative The test can be used as the identification test of Shen GeXianDan granules. ShenJieXianDan granule has obvious hypoglycemic effect and has no toxic side effect.
