J1-360A型车床主轴变速箱,其皮带轮与电磁刹车装置的摩擦盘是用普通平键连接的。由于摩擦盘经常受到正或反向刹车的冲击力,致使皮带轮与摩擦盘相连接的键槽产生了破裂(由于结构限制,该键长仅为18mm,单位面积受力较大),键在皮带轮孔中翻转滚动,造成刹车装置卡死,无法启动车床。若采用维持性的维修方法对其进行修理,用不了多久仍将损坏。只有改变皮带轮与摩擦盘的连接方式,才能根治这种故障。笔者借鉴了曾改进过的C616车床摩擦盘与皮带轮的连接方式(采用四个长螺钉,穿过皮带轮与摩擦盘连接在一起),对J-360A型车床主轴变速箱进行了改进。 J1-360A型车床主轴变速箱的刹车装置,从结构上看是无法直接采用长螺钉连接的。但多个螺钉连接
