达维科沃位于莫斯科西郊昆策夫区内,占地156.6公顷,居民24000人,建筑面积216000平米,居住面积密度3833平米/公顷。住宅团围绕区内中心绿地布置,沿明斯克公路一侧采用14层板式住宅和19层塔式住宅相间布置,并与公路形成斜角。这里是首都入口,这样布置可使街景较为壮观,行车中也可感到建筑空间的变化。商店和服务设施设在高层建筑的底层,面向公路。住宅团内部布置5层板式住宅。居住区内沿水库公园一侧有三条绿化走廊把公园和居住区中心绿地联系起
Davykovo is located in the district of Kuncef in the western suburbs of Moscow. It covers an area of 156.6 hectares, 24,000 residents, a building area of 216,000 square meters and a living area of 3833 square meters per hectare.
