图书馆工作人员的言行举止给读者的影响是潜移默化的。一些图书馆工作人员缺乏工作热情,态度粗暴,其消极的体态语言及不良情绪产生的危害较大。因此,应该提高工作人员的职业素养与学术素养。运用情绪管理的策略,用规范的举止实现行为方式的协调,提高读者的满意度和馆藏资源的利用率。
The influence of the demeanor of the library staff on the reader is subtle. Some library staff lack enthusiasm for work, their attitude is rough, and their negative body language and bad emotions are more harmful. Therefore, we should improve the professionalism and academic accomplishment of staff members. The use of emotional management strategies, with a standardized manner to achieve the coordination of behavior, improve the reader’s satisfaction and the utilization of the collection of resources.
