党的十四届四中全会的胜利召开,给党的干部体制和用人机制带来了一次新的思想解放运动.冲破“左”的思想束缚,转变用人观念,紧紧围绕经济建设这个中心选好、用好干部,成为新时期组织路线中的一个关键问题.当前,在选拔和使用干部方面,结合十四届四中全会精神,笔者认为,必须转变以下几种观念:
