建设服务型政府,是坚持党的全心全意为人民服务宗旨的根本要求,是深入贯彻落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,也是加快行政管理体制改革、加强政府自身建设的重要任务。要在经济发展的基础上,不断扩大公共服务,逐步形成惠及全民、公平公正、水平适度、可持续发展的公共服务体系,切实提高为经济社会发展服务、为人民服务的能力和水平,更好地推动科学发展、促进社会和谐,更好地实现发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享。
Building a service-oriented government is a fundamental requirement for upholding the party’s purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, an inevitable requirement for thoroughly implementing the scientific development concept and building a harmonious socialist society, and an important task for accelerating the reform of the administrative system and strengthening the government’s own construction. On the basis of economic development, we will continue to expand public services and gradually form a public service system that benefits the whole people, that is, fair, just, moderately and sustainably developed. It is even better that we can effectively improve the ability and level of serving the people for economic and social development.
