目的 探讨活血化瘀方剂抗肝纤维化的作用机理。方法 用活血化瘀水煎剂灌胃治疗CCl4所致肝纤维化模型大鼠,免疫组织化学法检测增殖细胞核抗原、α-平滑肌肌动蛋白的表达,观察活血化瘀方对肝星形细胞活化的影响。结果 与自然恢复组相比,活血化瘀方剂可抑制肝星形细胞α-平滑肌肌动蛋白的表达(P<0.01),而对增殖细胞核抗原的表达无明显作用。结论 活血化瘀方能够抑制肝星形细胞向肌成纤维细胞的转化过程,对细胞因子介导的细胞增殖影响较小。
Objective To explore the mechanism of anti-hepatic fibrosis effect of Huoxuehuayu prescription. METHODS: Rats with hepatic fibrosis induced by CCl4 were intragastrically treated with Huoxue Huatan decoction. The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen and α-smooth muscle actin were detected by immunohistochemical method. Impact. Results Compared with the natural recovery group, Huoxuehuayu prescription could inhibit the expression of α-smooth muscle actin in hepatic stellate cells (P<0.01), but had no significant effect on the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen. Conclusion Huoxue Huayu Decoction can inhibit the conversion of hepatic stellate cells to myofibroblasts and has little effect on cytokine-mediated cell proliferation.
