选择利用RHT1、RHT2和RHT8、RHT9矮秆基因,采用多交、互交、聚合杂交方法,经多年选择选育出一系列矮秆、农艺性状好、适于CHA杂交制种的6个矮秆品系做亲本,进行杂交组配成9个矮×矮类型的矮秆CHA杂种小麦。1993~1995两年内在一般管理条件下对9个矮秆CHA杂种小麦产量及产量因素进行优势及相关分析:有4个杂种小麦产量超标,最高6.1%,穗粒数普遍增多,亩穗数减少,千粒重增减不一,穗粒重增加且与产量关系显著,其余因素与产量关系均未达到显著水平,其中以穗数关系最小。矮秆杂种小麦较高秆杂种小麦增产。
A series of dwarfing stems with good agronomic traits and suitable for CHA hybrid seed production were selected by multi-crossover, cross-crossover and poly-hybrid methods using RHT1, RHT2, RHT8 and RHT8 dwarfing genes.
