目前,关于土地出让方面的研究,主要集中于3个方面:一是研究土地出让与经济增长的关系:二是研究土地出让与房地产价格的关系:三是研究土地出让与财政分权的关系。笔者拟从土地出让与财政分权、经济目标的关系的角度,结合不同经济发展水平的地区及其对土地财政的依赖度,对土地出让规模和价格进行分析研究。我国土地出让收入的现状分析通过对1998年~2013年全国土地出让的规模(收入)和价格变化情况进行综合分析(见下图),
At present, the research on land transfer focuses on three aspects: one is to study the relationship between land transfer and economic growth; the other is to study the relationship between land transfer and real estate price; the third is to study the relationship between land transfer and fiscal decentralization. I intend from the land transfer and fiscal decentralization, the relationship between economic goals, combined with different levels of economic development in the region and its dependence on land finance, land transfer scale and price analysis.
