一、航天领域。 在宇宙科学成为衡量一个国家科学技术水平重要标志的当今世界,日本决心通过10年左右的努力,成为空间技术大国。到1996年3月为止,日本共成功发射了58颗卫星,居世界第三位。作为近期目标,在利用卫星进行地球环境观测和宇宙科学研究的同时,开发低成本火箭H-2a,跻身国际商业发射市场,同时为实现空间站计划、开发无人航天飞机、实现登月勘探这3大远期目标进行必要的技术积累。
First, the aerospace field.
