1995年,从厦门大学新闻传播系广告专业毕业后,我顺理成章地进入厦门电视台广告部,转眼间已经在同一个部门工作了近10年。回首当年,往事仍然历历在目:对工作不适应;满脑子想的都是“策划、创意”;总觉得工作简单,无法学以致用。理想与现实的冲撞让我对自己的未来越来越感到迷茫。但随着工作的不断深入,我渐渐地发现:中国的广播电视业要发展,缺乏的并不是好记
In 1995, after graduating from the Advertising Department of the Department of Journalism and Communication of Xiamen University, I naturally entered the Advertising Department of Xiamen TV Station. In an instant I have been working in the same department for nearly 10 years. Looking back on that year, the past still vividly shows that it is not suited to work; all thoughts are “planning, creativity”; always feel that the work is simple and it is impossible to apply what they learn. The collision of ideals and reality has made me more and more confused about my future. However, as the work continues to deepen, I gradually discovered that: China’s radio and television industry must develop, and what is lacking is not a good record.
