以阿勃、青春533两品种为材料,分析了氮肥几种施用量和追肥时期对西宁地区春小麦产量、产量结构因素、籽粒蛋白质含量及蛋白质组分的影响。结果表明,随着氮肥施用量增加,春小麦产量增加。亩施21kg和14kg尿素时籽粒蛋白质含量显著高于不施氮肥和亩施7kg尿素时的含量,不施氮肥反而比亩施7kg尿素时籽粒蛋白质含量高。随着籽粒蛋白质含量增加,清蛋白在蛋白质中所占比例有所减少,醇溶蛋白和谷蛋白所占比例有所增加。追肥时期对春小麦籽粒蛋白质含量和蛋白质的组分影响均不显著。
In this paper, the effects of several nitrogenous fertilizer rates and top dressing period on the yield, yield structure, grain protein content and protein components of spring wheat in Xining were analyzed. The results showed that the yield of spring wheat increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate. The protein content of grain in 21kg and 14kg urea was significantly higher than that in non-nitrogen fertilizer and 7kg urea, but higher than that in 7kg urea. With the increase of grain protein content, the proportion of albumin in the protein decreased, and the proportion of gliadin and gluten protein increased. The effect of top dressing on the grain protein content and protein components of spring wheat was not significant.
