保安服务业的发展涉及多方面的因素,如企业发展的合理构架、运作机制、队伍素质等。其中,以人为本,调动员工的内在积极性并发挥其主动性是保安服务管理的关键,保安队伍管理的好坏将影响到保安服务质量的高低。保安班长作为保安队伍中最基层管理者,直接组织管理队员的值勤、训练、学习、生活,多工作最终要经过班长具体地贯彻落实。因此,保安班长工作关系到队员的成长进步,是保安队伍管理建设的基础工作,职位不高责任重大。本期介绍的保安班长张书龙、朱新民、孙志刚,他们重管理,尽职责,既做队员的贴心人,更做全班的领头人,他们带领队员们用辛勤的付出在客户面前树立了良好的保安形象。他们和许许多多保安班长一样在平凡的岗位上,用青春和汗水奏响了一曲曲动人的乐章。
