自《山西水土保持科技》改为《山西水土保持》以来,已有两年,在各级领导的关怀、支持下,并经广大读者积极供稿和办刊人员的努力,已作出了显著成绩,对促进水土保持事业的发展起到了一定作用。为适应户包小流域治理,防治水土流失,创建和恢复生态平衡,发展农业生产,提高人民生活水平的新形势要求,经山西省水利厅领导研究,要靠政策和技术,推动水土保持工作健康发展。为此,需要进一步普及水土保持知识,推广先进典型技术经验和提高水土保持科学技术水平,决定从明年起,取消《山西水土保持》,恢复《山西水土保持科技》期刊。
Since “Shanxi Soil and Water Conservation Science and Technology” has been changed to “Soil and Water Conservation in Shanxi Province”, two years have passed since the care and support of leaders at all levels and through the active contributions of readers and the efforts of journalists, remarkable achievements have been made. To promote the development of soil and water conservation has played a certain role. In order to adapt to the new situation of small watershed management, prevention and control of soil and water loss, creation and restoration of ecological balance, development of agricultural production and improvement of people’s living standard, the research led by Shanxi Provincial Department of Water Resources should rely on policies and technologies to promote the health of soil and water conservation development of. To this end, we need to further popularize soil and water conservation knowledge, popularize advanced and typical technical experiences and raise the scientific and technological level of soil and water conservation. We will decide to cancel the “Shanxi Soil and Water Conservation” and resume the “Shanxi Soil and Water Conservation Science and Technology” periodical next year.
