1986年5月13日,由贵州省省长王朝文同志主持,召开了贵州省人民政府常务会议,听取了省档案局局长胡克鼎同志关于档案工作情况的汇报,讨论研究了进一步加强我省档案工作的有关政策和措施。关于档案馆舍的建设问题,会议决定:要按照财政体制分级分批逐步建设,对少数贫困县的馆舍建设问题,视其情况,由省财政适当补助一部分;会议在谈到档案馆设备购置问题时指出:档案管理采用先进技术设备,花点钱也是必要的,应逐步完善,逐步实现;会议还指出:关于运用电子计算机管理档案的问题,要同省计算中心搞好横向联系。会议还对人才培养、“七五”规划等问题进行了研究。
