田间小区人工接种药效试验表明 :金叶宝 2 5 0倍对CMV防治效果最佳 ,接种CMV后 2 6d防效仍高达40 6 % ,植病灵Ⅱ号 30 0倍、植病灵Ⅰ号 6 0 0倍的防治效果分别为 2 8 96 %和 2 6 0 9% ;烟株感染CMV后 ,叶绿素a ,叶绿素b ,类胡萝卜素含量明显下降 ,总酚、类黄酮含量增加 ,PAL活性增强 ;喷施金叶宝、植病灵Ⅱ号后能有效地抑制病毒 (CMV)的危害 ,使病株与健株的叶绿素a ,叶绿素b ,类胡萝卜素 ,总酚和类黄酮含量比值接近 1,同时增强了苯丙氨酸酶 (PAL)活性。
