用丘克拉斯基技术从固液同成分熔体中生长了Mg2LiNbO3晶体,介绍了掺镁铌酸锂晶体生长的最佳工艺条件,所生长的晶体具有抗光折变性能,光学均匀性好。
The growth of Mg2LiNbO3 crystal from the solid-liquid co-component melt is described by using the technique of Keklarski. The optimum technological conditions for the growth of the magnesium-doped lithium niobate crystal are introduced. The grown crystal has the properties of photodisc resistance and good optical uniformity.
