目的:探究品质管理圈(品管圈)对提高消化科住院患者饮食治疗依从性的效果。方法:以宁波第一医院2014年1~6月消化内科收治的120例患者为研究对象,按照时间先后顺序将其分成对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组采用常规的饮食治疗措施,观察组患者采用品管圈对患者饮食进行管理。对比分析两组患者饮食治疗依从性以及患者满意度。结果:观察组患者饮食治疗依从性明显高于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈能够显著提高消化内科住院患者饮食治疗的依从性,对于改善患者生活质量有着重要的意义。
Objective: To explore the quality management circle (quality control circle) to improve gastroenterology inpatients diet treatment compliance. Methods: 120 patients admitted to Department of Gastroenterology, First Hospital of Ningbo from January to June 2014 were divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases). The control group using conventional diet therapy, observation group patients using quality control ring on the patient’s diet management. The comparisons of diet treatment compliance and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The therapeutic compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Quality control circle can significantly improve the compliance of dietary therapy in inpatients with digestive diseases, which is of great significance to improve the quality of life of patients.
