采用多弧离子镀技术在1Cr18Ni9Ti表面涂覆Zr、ZrN涂层,通过X-射线衍射物相分析,可知ZrN涂层由单相ZrN(f.c.c)组成,且有较强的(111)面择优取向,采用塔菲尔曲线相交法,测定了涂层在两种介质中的腐蚀电流。用室温全浸泡试验,测定了涂层在20%HCl和20%H2SO4溶液中的腐蚀速率,并在扫描电镜下观察了涂层腐蚀后的表面形貌,测量了涂层的力学性能。结果表明,Zr膜的耐蚀性明显优于ZrN膜,但ZrN膜具有优良的抗磨、减摩性能,所以Zr及ZrN涂层的使用场合各异。
The surface of 1Cr18Ni9Ti was coated with Zr and ZrN coatings by multi-arc ion plating technique. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) phase analysis showed that the ZrN coatings consist of single-phase ZrN (f.c.c) ) Preferred orientation, using Tafel curve intersection method, the coating was measured in two media corrosion current. The corrosion rate of the coating in 20% HCl and 20% H2SO4 solution was determined by immersion test at room temperature. The surface morphology of the coating after corrosion was observed under a scanning electron microscope. The mechanical properties of the coating were measured. The results show that the corrosion resistance of Zr film is obviously better than that of ZrN film. However, ZrN film has excellent anti-wear and anti-friction properties, so Zr and ZrN coatings have different applications.
