新中国成立初期,在苏联的《体育理论》书籍中,有较系统地阐述体育课密度的理论。六十年代初期,我国体育院校的《体育理论》讲义中,第一次提出关于体育课密度的理论。这一理论对于充分地、合理地利用课上的时间,提高体育课的教学质量,起了积极的作用。这一理论被用来分析评定体育课的质量,衡量教师教学技巧。至今,这一理论对于体育教学实践,仍继续发挥它的指导作用。 所谓体育课的教学密度,是指一堂课上教师和
In the early days after the founding of new China, in the Soviet Union’s “Sports Theory” books, there was a more systematic exposition of the theory of physical education density. In the early 1960s, for the first time in China’s PE institutes and lecture on “Sports Theory”, a theory on the density of PE classes was put forward. This theory plays a positive role in fully and rationally using the time in class and improving the quality of PE teaching.
