20世纪90年代以来,随着期货交易所职能的转变和期货市场发展的需要,随着信息技术的飞速发展以及经济、金融全球化进程的加剧,期货交易所的改制浪潮成为期货市场监管职能转变的重要内容之一。本文通过介绍我国现存的期货交易所组织形式及其之间的差异分析,比较公司制和会员制在决策效率、定价机制、融资效率、会员利益等功能上的区别,分析交易所改制的必要性,提出应当改制的相应措施并指出其对中国期货交易所未来发展的意义。
