为了帮助车内人员在车辆发生落水险情时,能够迅速破窗逃生。基于乘用车安全气囊技术平台上设计出智能自动破窗器,确定了自动破窗器的工作原理和方法。利用车载的水位传感器实时监控车况,通过气囊ECU对水位传感器信息的分析处理,控制气体发生器点火,大量高压气体推动位于活塞缸内的活塞撞头组件击碎车窗。该破窗器的智能性高,能够在险情发生时自动破窗帮助人员逃生,且结构简单,作为安全气囊技术的一个衍生品,在不增加太多成本的情况下,提高了车辆的被动安全性。
