安徽省蚌埠、合肥、蕪湖等地的小型鋼铁厂,在全国小高爐会议以后,認真推行了全国各地小高爐高产优質的先进經驗,4月份以来,小高爐的日产水平有了显著提高。3月份全省平均日产生铁4,450吨。4月中旬上升为4,800吨,下旬达到5,600吨,小高爐的利用系数,3月份平均为0.7,4月中旬上升为0.758,下旬达到0.89。多嘴燃烧的經驗在这些地区已开始普遍推广,一般都在热风爐上增加了2~4个燃烧嘴,风温普遍提高了。合肥省直鋼铁厂已把风溫从450℃提高到650℃;蚌埠鋼铁厂由450℃提高到550℃;这个厂还采用并风、并爐的办法,用两套鼓风机、两座热风爐供应一座高爐使用,风量加大了一倍,为了减少热风入爐的阻力,把风口直径由原来的45mm扩大到
