目的:研究大黄中蒽醌成分提取方法。方法:以提取率、纯度为研究指标,采用醇提取法提取大黄中蒽醌成分。结果:3种单体成分的提取率依次为大黄酸0.3%、大黄素0.6%、大黄酚0.1%;单体纯度分别为大黄酚86.0%、大黄素83.6%、大黄酸81.5%。结论:与单纯采用pH缓冲溶液萃取大黄蒽醌类有效成分相比,醇提取法具有费用低、操作简单、提出率较高等优点,高压制备系统分离效果较好,有效成分纯度较高,为大黄中蒽醌类成分提取提供了参考依据。
Objective: To study the extraction method of anthraquinone in rhubarb. Methods: The extraction rate and purity were used as the research indexes, and the anthraquinones were extracted by alcohol extraction method. Results: The extraction rates of the three monomer components were 0.3% of rhein, 0.6% of emodin and 0.1% of chrysophanol. The monomer purity was 86.0% of chrysophanol, 83.6% of emodin and 81.5% of rhein. CONCLUSION: Alcohol extraction has the advantages of low cost, simple operation and higher proposing rate compared with the simple method of extracting the effective components of anthraquinones from rhubarb by using pH buffer solution. The high-pressure preparation system has good separation efficiency and high purity of rhubarb Anthraquinones in the extract provided a reference.
