针对转键式刚性离合器及带式制动器在实际设计、使用和维修中存在的问题,指出对转键式刚性离合器压力机,在一个工作周期中脱开制动过程是很重要的组成部分。在对脱开的动态过程进行分析的基础上,建立了脱开过程中准确又便于工程实际应用的曲柄转角计算公式,提出了转键式刚性离合器系统结构上所能提供的制动角的新概念,同时建立了这一结构上所能提供的制动角的计算公式。指出了转键式刚性离合器操纵机构中的关闭器在机身上正确的位置以及其他尺寸的确定。这些对指导这一领域的工程设计,该类离合器和带式制动器的使用、调整及维修都具有重要的应用价值。
