针对传统高得率浆的H2O2漂白工艺,提出一种“低碱/高H2O2”的改良漂白工艺。实验以云杉TMP纸浆为研究对象,分别采用传统H2O2漂白工艺和“低碱/高H2O2”的改良漂白工艺对其进行漂白。结果表明:在“低碱/高H2O2”工艺中降低用碱量并增加H2O2用量后,浆张白度与传统H2O2漂白工艺相比变化不大;纸浆ISO白度达到75%时,相对于传统H2O2漂白工艺,经过“低碱/高H2O2”漂白工艺的纸浆松厚度提高了15.4%、漂白得率增加4.2%、废水COD降低了20.4%;当H2O2用量为10%,达到相似目标白度时,“低碱/高H2O2”改良漂白工艺相比于传统工艺来说,纸浆松厚度提高了26.2%、吨浆成本节约146.3元。
Aiming at the H2O2 bleaching process of traditional high-yield pulp, an improved bleaching process of “low alkali / high H2O2” is proposed. In the experiment, the spruce TMP pulp was used as the research object, and the bleaching process was bleached by traditional H2O2 bleaching process and modified bleaching process with “low alkali / high H2O2” respectively. The results showed that pulp whiteness did not change much when compared with the traditional H2O2 bleaching process after reducing the amount of alkali and increasing the amount of H2O2 in the “low alkali / high H2O2” process; when the pulp ISO brightness reached 75%, compared with the traditional H2O2 bleaching process, the pulp looseness increased by 15.4%, the bleaching yield increased by 4.2% and the COD of waste water decreased by 20.4% after the bleaching process of “low alkali / high H2O2” bleaching process. When the dosage of H2O2 was 10%, the similar target white When the degree of “low alkali / high H2O2 ” improved bleaching process compared to the traditional process, the pulp bulk increased by 26.2%, tons of pulp cost savings of 146.3 yuan.
