测量了Cr5钢支承辊在不同温度下的热物性参数,建立了Cr5钢支承辊差温热处理的传热分析模型。通过反传热计算确定了差温加热过程中试验件的表面换热系数。使用所建立的传热分析模型和换热系数,模拟计算了试验件差温热处理过程中的温度场分布情况。结果表明,温度计算结果与实测结果相吻合,可预测Cr5钢支承辊生产件差温热处理过程的温度场,这对控制支承辊淬硬层具有重要指导意义。
The thermophysical parameters of the backup roll of Cr5 steel at different temperatures were measured and the heat transfer analysis model of the differential temperature treatment of the backup roll of Cr5 steel was established. The surface heat transfer coefficient of the test piece during differential temperature heating was determined by the inverse heat transfer calculation. Using the established heat transfer analysis model and the heat transfer coefficient, the distribution of the temperature field during the differential thermal treatment of the test piece was simulated. The results show that the temperature calculation results are consistent with the measured results, which can predict the temperature field during the production of Cr5 steel backup rolls. This is of great significance to control the hardened layer of backup rolls.
