目的调查在木材、面粉加工场所鼠类肺螨的病原并分析其病理特征。方法提取鼠类肺组织总RNA,设计肺螨变应原引物进行分子生物学检测,对阳性鼠的肺组织进行病理检查。结果调查济宁市内木材、面粉加工场所以及社区12处,共捕鼠27只,PCR检测3只发现螨类变应原阳性条带,阳性肺组织经病理验证与肺螨病的典型特征相吻合。结论调查显示肺螨病的流行与特定的环境有关,肺螨变应原方法有利于肺螨病的诊断。
Objective To investigate the pathogen of murine pulmonary mite in wood and flour processing sites and analyze its pathological features. Methods The total RNA was extracted from murine lung tissue. The lung mite allergen primer was designed to detect the molecular biology, and the lung tissues of the positive mice were examined by pathology. Results Twenty-seven mice were harvested from 12 wood processing and flour processing sites and communities in Jining City. Three mite allergen positive bands were detected by PCR. The positive lung tissues were verified by pathology to be consistent with the typical features of pulmonary mite disease . Conclusions The survey shows that the prevalence of pulmonary mite disease is related to the specific environment, and the lung mite allergen method is good for the diagnosis of pulmonary mite disease.
