为准确推算郑煤豫西“三软”煤层取样过程中瓦斯损失量,对告成矿原始粒度煤样在实验温度为30℃,吸附平衡压力0.6 MPa条件下进行瓦斯吸附解吸模拟测试。根据实验结果对比分析巴雷尔式与乌斯基诺夫式在解吸初期拟合效果以及t~(1/2)法与幂函数法推算损失量误差大小,选取合适的推算瓦斯损失量方法。研究表明,t~(1/2)法更符合告成矿煤粒瓦斯初期解吸规律,将推算损失量合理解吸时间定为前6~9 min,推算损失量修正系数为1.117 8。
In order to accurately calculate the gas loss in coal seam sampling process of Zhengzhou coal west of “three soft” coal seam, the methane adsorption and desorption simulation test was carried out on the coal sample with the original particle size of 30% and the adsorption equilibrium pressure of 0.6 MPa. Based on the experimental results, the fitting effect between the Barrell formula and the Utsinkovian formula in the early stage of desorption is analyzed and compared, and the error of the loss calculated by the t ~ (1/2) method and the power function method is compared. A suitable method of estimating the gas loss is selected. The results show that the t ~ (1/2) method is more in line with the initial gas desorption law of coal particles in Zengcheng Mine, the reasonable desorption time of the estimated loss amount is 6 ~ 9 min, and the correction coefficient of loss is calculated as 1.117 8.
