自1949~1987年,据不完全统计,我局共发生触电伤害事故75次,受伤80人次,其中死亡8人。这些触电伤亡事故按触电电压、发生的月份、受伤工种及伤亡程度等分类如表1~4所列。近年来,我局建立健全了各种用电规章制度,在职工中广泛开展了安全用电技术教育,并制定与实施了一些用电的技术措施,但触电伤亡事故与损坏设备的现象,仍时有发生。因此,我们必须进一步掌握触电事故的规律,制订措施,更好地做好安全用电工作。一、对触电事故的分析
