众所周知,互联网经济在近年来得到了迅猛的发展,但是发展过程中的各种问题却纷繁复杂,而其中的不正当竞争现象尤为突出,显然1993年《反不正当竞争法》已经不能适应网络经济发展中出现的新矛盾和纠纷解决的需要。我国现有的《反不正当竞争法》打击这种特殊领域的不正当竞争行为是如此无力的,完善我国网络经济中反不正当竞争制度势在必行。
As we all know, the Internet economy has enjoyed rapid development in recent years. However, the various problems in the process of development are numerous and complex, and the phenomenon of unfair competition is particularly prominent. Obviously the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of 1993 can no longer meet the needs of the network economy The emerging new conflicts and the need for dispute resolution. The existing “Unfair Competition Law” in our country is so feeble to combat unfair competition in this special field. It is imperative to improve the system of unfair competition in the network economy in our country.
