观察氟对孕鼠甲状腺形态和功能的影响。取受孕后(P1组)或受孕前12周始(P2组)自由饮用200mg/L含氟水小鼠的甲状腺和血清,观察其形态变化,测定血清甲状腺素(T4)水平。结果:P1组甲状腺呈增生性改变,血T4浓度显著高于对照组(C组,P<0.001);P2组部分腺体呈退行性改变,血T4浓度与C组无差别(P>0.05)。提示:氟对孕鼠甲状腺的影响与作用时间有关。
To observe the effects of fluoride on thyroid morphology and function in pregnant rats. The thyroid and serum of 200 mg / L fluoride-containing water-free mice were freely drank after the conception (group P1) or 12 weeks before conception (group P2). The level of serum thyroxine (T4) was measured. Results: The hyperplastic changes of thyroid gland were observed in group P1, and the concentration of T4 in serum was significantly higher than that in control group (C, P <0.001). Some glands of group P2 showed degenerative changes, but there was no difference between group T4 and T4 (P> 0.05). Hint: The effect of fluoride on the thyroid in pregnant rats is related to the duration of action.
