目的 :研究舒糖宝对糖尿病血糖含量的影响。方法 :用大白鼠 2 4只作研究对象 ,用四氧嘧啶腹腔注射建立糖尿病模型 ,用舒糖宝作药物治疗 ,分别测定注射后 1小时、2小时、4小时和服药一周后空腹血糖含量。结果 :大鼠注射四氧嘧啶前和注射后 3天、4天、9天血糖含量分别为 4 5 4± 0 82、3 3 2 6± 1 0 3 1、42 69± 1 1 2、3 8 2 7± 2 2 99mmol/L(注射前后比较P <0 0 0 1 ) ;用舒糖宝前和注射后 1小时、2小时、4小时血糖含量分别为 3 3 3 3±6 0 3、2 6 0 7± 3 83、2 3 78± 3 0 6、2 1 80± 4 3 8mmol/L(前与后 2小时、4小时比较P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1 ) ;对照实验血糖无明显变化 (P <0 0 5 )。服药一周前后血糖分别为 3 8 2 7± 2 2 99和 1 4 3 8± 7 44mmol/L(P <0 0 0 1 )。结论 :舒糖宝对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠有明显的降血糖作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Shu Tang Bao on the blood sugar level of diabetes mellitus. Methods: Twenty-four rats were used as study objects. Alloxan was injected intraperitoneally to establish the model of diabetes mellitus. The rats were treated with Shu Tang Bao for one hour, two hours, four hours and one week after taking the drug. Results: Before and after injection of alloxan, the blood glucose levels were 4 54 ± 0 82, 3 2 6 ± 1 0 3 1, 42 69 ± 1 1, 2 3 8 2 7 ± 2 2 99mmol / L before and after injection (P <0 0 0 1). Before treatment with Shuxuobao and 1 hour, 2 hours and 4 hours after injection, the blood glucose levels were 3 3 3 3 ± 6 0 3,2 6 0 7 ± 3 83,2 3 78 ± 3 0 6,2 1 80 ± 4 3 8 mmol / L (before and after 2 hours, 4 hours P <0 05 and P 0 01); control experiment blood glucose No significant change (P <0 05). Blood glucose was 3882 ± 2299 and 144 ± 744mmol / L, respectively, before and after taking the drug (P <0.01). Conclusion: Shuxuobao has obvious hypoglycemic effect on alloxan diabetic rats.
