不同的战略导向对企业合作创新绩效会产生差异性影响,这个过程会受到网络嵌入性程度的调控。在相关文献梳理的基础上,提出了变量之间关系的理论假设,以具有较强研发合作强度和深度的典型行业为对象进行实证检验。结果表明,市场导向和适度的企业家导向有助于企业合作创新绩效的提升,双元战略导向的平衡与合作创新绩效之间存在显著的正向相关关系;关系嵌入性在战略导向影响合作创新绩效过程中起到重要的调控作用,而结构嵌入在企业家导向与合作创新绩效之间的调节效应没有通过显著性检验。
Different strategic orientations will have a differentiated impact on the innovation performance of cooperative enterprises, and the process will be regulated by the degree of network embeddedness. On the basis of combing related literatures, this paper puts forward the theoretical hypothesis of the relationship between variables, and empirically tests the typical industries with strong R & D cooperation intensity and depth. The results show that market-oriented and modest entrepreneurial orientation contribute to the improvement of cooperative innovation performance, and there is a significant positive correlation between the balance of dual-oriented strategic orientation and cooperative innovation performance. The relational embeddedness plays an important role in strategic orientation and cooperative innovation Performance regulation plays an important role in regulation and control, and the structural effect of embeddedness between entrepreneurial orientation and cooperative innovation performance does not pass the significant test.
