本文以企业家人力资本产权的内涵及其特性的阐述为立足点,在分析我国企业家人力资本产权制度现状的基础上,对当代中国企业家人力资本产权制度如何创新进行了探析和深入的评述,认为应该通过实现企业家人力资本配置市场化、承认企业家拥有剩余索取权、实行国有企业企业家竞争选聘制、建立企业家人力资本产权激励制度、完善多元的企业家人力资本产权约束机制五个有效途径,进一步发展和完善市场经济条件下的企业家人力资本产权制度。
This article is based on the description of the connotation and characteristics of the entrepreneur’s human capital property rights. Based on the analysis of the status quo of China’s entrepreneurial human capital property rights system, this paper analyzes and in-depth reviews the innovation of the entrepreneurial human capital property rights system in contemporary China. It is believed that it is necessary to realize the marketization of entrepreneurial human capital allocation, acknowledge that entrepreneurs have surplus claim rights, implement the competitive selection system for entrepreneurs of state-owned enterprises, establish an incentive system for entrepreneurial human capital property rights, and improve the diversified entrepreneurial human capital property rights restriction mechanism. Five effective ways to further develop and improve entrepreneurial human capital property rights under market economy conditions.
