关注学生需求,有效地进行教学活动的教学策略是一个老话题。然而,在不同的语言学习阶段,不同的外部市场就业环境下,学生的需求亦有所不同。当前审视这个课题,解读英语专业基础阶段的学生需求,采取适当的教学策略保证每一节课45分钟的有效教学,培养学生成为合格的职业人,这既是对学生的负责,也对教师自身的教研能力和教学质量的提高是大有裨益的。
Teaching strategies that focus on student needs and effectively engage in teaching activities are an old topic. However, the demand of students varies in different stages of language learning and employment in different external markets. At present, this issue is examined. The students’ needs in the basic stage of English majors are interpreted. Appropriate teaching strategies are adopted to ensure 45 minutes of effective teaching in each lesson and to develop students to become qualified professionals. This is not only the responsibility of the students but also of the teachers themselves Teaching and research ability and improve the quality of teaching is of great benefit.
